Shipping and payment terms

Shipping methods

Packaged goods will be sent to you through one of our trusted partners (GLS, DB Schenker).
Goods will be dispatched once we receiver the relevant payment for your order.

Expeditionary and delivery dates

We mainly start completing orders on the same day we receive them.
Order completion can take 1-3 days depending on the volume of the order. 
Delivery can take 2-7 days depending on the distance between our warehouse and yours.

Shipping pricing

Shipping price calculation is based on the combination of volume and weight of the parcel and the distance goods will travel. 
Final price calculation will be additionally added to the Proforma invoice.

Payment terms

We accept bank transfers from our customers.
Payment should take 1-2 days depending on whether your bank is based inside or outside of EU.
